We had a delightful stay at Huerta Honda for three nights. The bar and upstairs terrace were great, with reasonable prices and a fabulous view of the Parador from our balcony. The underground garage with elevator access was a big plus, although outside parking was plentiful. The hotel, dating back to the 15th century, exudes character and elegance. The friendly staff, charming small town atmosphere, and lovely courtyard all added to the overall ambience. Plus, our room provided a full-on view of the neighboring palace. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
Can recommend this hotel.

staff is the best (the evening shift janitor) and location.
hotel with a major lack of maintenance. walls were peeling due to the humidity, water from the shower came out of the poliban, wetting the whole floor and reaching the corridor of the room. Toilet bowl with no possibility to fill up for e. g. shaving. An unpleasant smell ( I imagine humidity ), entering the room. Then the subject of restoration. For my taste, in my humble opinion, choice of the MP in my case was a mistake. food leaves a lot to be desired (I don't know if the menu is different) but of course in the menu of this option a disaster (frozen and insipid). poor breakfast (coffee and milk watered down), no pastries and rest of the products are not even mentioned. Then the cafeteria-restaurant staff, passive and careless attitude. It is a pity about the possibilities that this hotel has if they were dedicated to maintain it a little, unfortunately it is not like that and my opinion is that I would not recommend it at all. hotel itself looks like something else (but it's just a facade).

Interesting hotel with modern facilities. Good location.
The food was disappointing for dinner. Also the breakfast was very ordinary.

The hotel is excellent value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the main square, making it easy to explore the charming town. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms are spacious, with a big terrace offering a fantastic view of the castle. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.
All was well.

The hotel is nice, good location, friendly and helpful staff generally but the bar and restaurant staff were not welcoming and helpful, in fact they were quite surly
The wifi was dreadful, not available at all in our room and it was very patchy even in the public áreas - The hotel does not advertise that wifi is not availble in all parts of the hotel, if we had know that we would have booked somewhere else

Very pretty room, lovely view of castle. Well situated with private garage. Georgeous roof top garden.
A/C unit in room kept waking us up with alarming rattles. Breakfast had to be taken in the bar, no buffet to linger over just toast and coffee.

A delightful haven with a magical atmosphere. The ancient castle nearby adds to its charm. The restaurant serves regional cuisine and the airport shuttle is just the cherry on top.
Let's just say the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Yawn.

Great hotel in a very handy location. Beautiful rooms, courtyard, roof garden and setting. Lovely little two person pool on the roof. En-suite was excellent, as was the AC
Breakfast facilities are in a public cafe. Don't pre-buy the hotel breakfast, better and cheaper to buy the items in their public cafe. It has limited choice. Parking is a pain, staff had to buy it for us, at our cost, from the Hotel Parador next door.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Spain. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main square and offered a stunning view of the nearby castle. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. One of the highlights was the big terrace, which unfortunately was closed during my visit, but I can only imagine how lovely it would be to relax there in typical Spanish style.
Everything was great.

Nicely appointed rooms, small but very nice plunge pool was great, hotel was immaculate. The location is perfect, just minutes from the Plaza Mayor and down the street from a lovely park. Sorry we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at this hotel! Loved the rustic charm of the building and the attentive staff created a warm welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The cozy bar and delicious tapas were a great way to spend an evening. , the view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning local scenery. a delightful escape from everyday life!
Although the decor was a bit outdated, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The modernised bathroom was a bit small but fully functional.
